In our practice of Collective Intelligence and Consciousness (CCI), employee buy-in is a decisive factor. Of course, the size of the company or its management plays a key role in the implementation of this dynamic.
One of the fundamental levers for deploying Collective Intelligence is based on holoptism - a key principle according to which every member must have equitable access to vision and information (holos: all, optique: vision). But how can we ensure this transparency and participation when the organization is made up of 2,000 or even 10,000 people?
