The workshop approach is to deploy a CIC approach in a short space of time (from 2h30 to 4h) to learn together, live a collective experience, question and share practices, and subtly shake up the collective culture. We have 7 “off-the-shelf” workshops for immediate deployment. We can also design other workshops to suit your specific needs.

Cooperation workshop
An edutainment workshop to explore the four keys to cooperation and understand how to activate them in a managerial context. Through real-life situations, participants experiment with essential levers for fostering commitment, smoothing interactions and strengthening collective dynamics.

Mutual support workshop

A workshop to discover the DiSC model and gain a better understanding of the differences between people's profiles, and to promote complementarity within teams. Creativity and innovation workshop
An immersive workshop to experiment with Creative Problem Solving (CPS) methods and stimulate team innovation. Through a variety of approaches - Disney method, constraints, brainstorming, worst-case scenarios, virtual consultants... - participants discover how to unleash their creativity and transform challenges into opportunities, thanks to concrete, reusable tools.

Quest workshop
An immersive workshop based on Quest, Yes Experience's exclusive simultaneous co-development tool. Each participant advances on his or her personal quest, while contributing to the company's collective quest. Through a structured collaborative game, participants develop mutual support, collective intelligence and concrete actions to achieve their individual and collective objectives.

Hidden Treasures Odyssey Workshop
A collective adventure to rediscover your talents and unleash your potential. Using an immersive metaphor, participants set off in search of their hidden treasures, exploring their own strengths and those of their team. A fun and inspiring journey to get to know each other better, enhance complementarity and strengthen the collective dynamic.
