Senior consultant and partner of the universities of major groups (Groupama, Orange, Total, SNCF...) for the transformation of managerial culture (Collective Challenges) and in-house and inter-company training in Collective Intelligence and Awareness. Yohann specializes in leading Codir and large groups. In particular, he specializes in “Agile Strategy” with large-scale concerted deployments (over 10,000 people). A DiSC practitioner, he uses it creatively to shed light on group dynamics. He has also been a partner in various Enterprise Campuses, including the Orange Campus.  A passionate game designer, over the past 15 years he has created a wide range of edutainment forms to support his systems.
