Yohann Elhadad, senior consultant: For the past 20 years, I've been helping boards of directors and managers to develop collective efficiency, combining strategic performance and human wealth. My approach is based on a fundamental balance:
Collective intelligence, to decipher complex strategic and operational issues and act together.
Collective awareness, to reinforce knowledge of oneself, of others and of the relational dynamics within teams.
It is this marriage of “being and doing” that shapes the DNA of my interventions. I intervene through inspiring seminars, interactive workshops and tailor-made transformation programs, to create environments where collaboration is not only effective, but also brings meaning, pleasure and commitment.
